William is an Associate in Robins Kaplan’s Intellectual Property & Technology group. William’s practice is focused on strategic patent enforcement in the computing industries, where he employs his background as an economist working IP valuation to help his clients build and execute robust enforcement strategies that drive licensing transactions. William has participated in a wide range of patent enforcement and licensing matters from pre-suit through trial court litigation as both a lawyer and an economist.
