Will Cottrell

Dr. William Cottrell is the Executive Director of Licensing at RTX, one of the largest aerospace and defense manufacturers in the world, where he leads technology licensing for the corporate office. He currently serves as the Licensing Executives Society Chair of the Standards Board, developing a portfolio of Intellectual Property Management standards. Will received his Ph.D. in Optics from the University of Rochester and a Masters in Systems Engineering from John Hopkins University’s Whiting School of Engineering.
