Huang Partners is a patent brokerage & transaction firm representing corporations and universities for selling, buying and licensing settlements negotiation of IP assets. Huang Partners’ track record of closed transactions has surpassed 8500+ patents. Previously Ms. Chu was VP Sales & Marketing of Green Packet and Phoenix Technologies, and the Chairwoman & sole investor of Aptus Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, and France), later acquired by DICOM Group PLC, a UK public company.
