Mitchell Rosen, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, brings fifteen years’ experience providing intellectual property valuation and economic damages services to corporations and counsel.  Mitchell has assisted organizations with IP valuation and licensing issues, and draws upon significant experience in the identification of relevant market, financial, economic, and business factors related to economic damages assessments.  He is experienced in damages claims including lost profits, price erosion, unjust enrichment, reasonable royalties, among others, and has been designated as an expert in state and federal courts, as well as the ITC.
