Merri Moken

Merri C. Moken, a partner at Brown Rudnick’s IP Litigation Practice Group, holds nearly 20 years of experience in patent, trademark, trade secret, and commercial litigation across the biotech, regenerative medicine, chemical, pharmaceutical, mechanical, and electrical fields. Merri has successfully handled intellectual property litigations through bench and jury trials and has also provided strategy for and supported litigation abroad. Notably, and with her degree in chemistry and innovative research in microbiology, she is particularly adept with Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) and medical device litigation. Merri offers unique strategic counseling as pertains to protecting, enforcing and monetizing IP, accounting for clients’ global corporate and M&A interests.
