Kim Chotkowski

Kimberly S. Chotkowski is Chief Litigation Counsel at Access Advance LLC.  Kim is a dynamic, strategic, outcome-driven leader with demonstrated success driving performance and growth in advanced technology product management and R&D in challenging environments on a global scale. Kim has been listed in the Intellectual Asset Magazine as one of the top 300 IP Strategists in the World.  She was the first woman CEO of the Licensing Executives Society.  Kim has managed and served as an expert witness in various patent litigations.  Kim was formerly Vice President, Head of Licensing Strategy and Operations at InterDigital.
