Julie Watson

Julie Watson is Special Counsel at Marshall Gerstein & Borun, where she concentrates her practice on counseling related to intellectual property transactions with a particular emphasis in technology startups and university technology transfer. A licensing professional with over 25 years experience structuring complex intellectual property transactions in-house, Julie has a deep appreciation of client needs and knows how to deliver strategic solutions. Julie received her law degree from Wake Forest University and holds a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. She’s a Certified Licensing Professional and serves as Treasurer for the CLP Board of Governors. Julie is a long time LES member and frequent speaker at AUTM and LES meetings.
