Ihor Boszko joined The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) as Executive Director, Industry Partnerships & Commercialization in November 2018, bringing close to two decades of experience in the life sciences sector. In this role, Ihor leads the team responsible for technology transfer and commercialization of innovations developed at SickKids.
Prior to joining SickKids, Ihor spent about 15 years in the in vitro diagnostics industry working at Tm Bioscience (TSX: TMC), Luminex Corp. (NASDAQ: LMNX) and privately held Xagenic Inc. His work experience also included roles at DRI Capital and Ontario Genomics. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Radiant Biotherapeutics.
Ihor holds a Master of Science degree from McMaster University and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. He recently completed the Corporate Governance program at the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).
