Drew Sills

Drew has spent his career focused on the financial side of IP. He is part of the corporate development and strategy team at Adeia. Prior to Adeia, Drew provided IP valuation, strategy, transaction, and litigation support to external clients at Ocean Tomo and Houlihan Lokey. Drew’s experience valuing IP assets spans licensing campaigns, infringement litigation, collateralized lending, IP asset transactions, IP-rich enterprise transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, and antitrust disputes.
