David Rikkers

David Rikkers is President of Expedited Climb Capital, a capital firm focused on technology development in the aerospace and defense industry.  Prior to this role, he led an IP monetization team that sourced and executed deals valued over $1.5 billion.

David serves on the LES Standards Board and has over two decades of experience as IP counsel, in both law firms and in house.  He has managed patent portfolios of thousands of cases, while personally drafting over 200 patents.  He began his career as a US Air Force officer, leading engineering efforts to develop new electronic technologies.  David received a B.S., ME, from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
