Dan Lev is the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., where his responsibilities include securities, corporate governance, licensing and procurement transactions, managing collaborations and alliances, intellectual property, and general corporate legal support. Dan has focused on intellectual property law and transactions throughout his career, specializing in the life sciences sector. He has given seminars and taught classes on IP transactions at Boston University Law School, Boston Bar Association, MCLE, Boston Patent Law Association, Licensing Executives Society, Federal Bar Association, and other organizations. He has a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UC San Diego, and a B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, and Biochemistry from Brandeis University.
