Colin James is Lead Counsel, US Corporate at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company USA, Inc.  Colin manages  a variety of sophisticated transaction, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; strategic licenses and collaborations, including co-development, co-commercialization, co-promotion and co-marketing collaborations; venture investing; and all aspects of alliance management activities, including contract interpretation, negotiation of collateral agreements, and dispute resolution (i.e., contractual, arbitration/litigation).  Most recently, Colin was one of the lead attorneys on Takeda’s $4b acquisition of Nimbus Lakshmi, Inc. from Nimbus Therapeutics, LLC
