Alyssa Klapper

Alyssa Klapper is a life sciences attorney with nearly 10 years of experience in patent litigation and intellectual property transactions.  Ms. Klapper joined DRI Healthcare in September 2020 as Associate General Counsel. In this capacity, Ms. Klapper serves as a key member on deal teams, conducting intellectual property and legal due diligence, negotiating transaction documents and progressing transactions to closing. Prior to joining DRI, Ms. Klapper worked primarily as an IP litigator at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Paul Hastings LLP. She holds a J.D. from NYU Law School, cum laude, a Masters in Biology from New York University and a B.A. in Biochemistry, magna cum laude, from Columbia University
